East Stepper aka Abhishek Jha is a bass music producer based out of New Delhi, India. One of the most featured bass music artists on BBC Radio UK and other Radio channels, he is known for his blend of forward thinking bass heavy music with ethnic sounds and distinct percussive noises. Mostly staying away from the commercial side of Dubstep and Drum & Bass

East Stepper has consistently delivered original material which has been appreciated and applauded by both, listeners and critics alike.

He also runs his record label DeepMisfit Records which strives to bring original and non cookie cutter bass music for its listeners. After a successful release of Radio Bass EP by East Stepper, which got a huge amount of airplay on BBC Radio 1, BBC Asia Network, World Services and other stations for over five months, DeepMisfit Records is all set for its second release on 2nd of November, a full length album by East Stepper called Blue Leaf.
