Ankur Malhotra is a director at Amarrass Records, an independent record label with a footprint across three continents. Ankur grew up in New Delhi, is an engineer and MBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He co-founded Amarrass in 2009. The label now boasts eight releases, produces one of India's most unique music festivals, and is engaged in all aspects of the music production business – from talent scouting, to artist and event management. An avid musicologist, Ankur's work has been featured in New York Times, The Independent, NPR, BBC and Rolling Stone India. |
