Nafis Ahmed has been working in the music industry for close to a decade now. Although sprouting from the passion of being a musician, he observed that there was a major weakness in the management side of music. This lack of structure worked rather as an inspiration to take up the challenge to get gigs for himself as well as his fellow acts. He has worked with potentially all the key players in the music market of Bangladesh over time, and envisions creating a stable music scene in Bangladesh with a progressive array of talent.

He is currently head of the only professional concert management firm in Bangladesh,  ‘Live-Square.’ And along with a few friends have started an artist consultancy wing, called Backstage - all part of a-360-degree music solution in the making under the banner of the, Ground Zero project.
